Not Getting Completion XP - Bug or Deliberate Change?

Over the past few weeks I've noticed that I'm no longer getting completion xp, at least for WBs and delves (not sure about anything else, those are the two culprits I've actually noticed).

Upon discovering a WB or delve, my map icon fills in white, as though I've already completed it (an oddity all by itself), but I get the typical discovery xp. Upon killing the WB or delve boss, I get some xp for the kill, but no completion xp.

Is this a bug, or some deliberate change that was snuck in? Is anyone else noticing this?

achievements are account wide now so if you did it on another toon first then likely no

This is a consequence of the account-wide achievement system that was introduced a few updates back. After one character has registered the completion achievements for those delves or WBs (or dolmens), the game treats every other character as having already completed them. So you can only get the first-time completion bonus exp for one character now.

When I tested wbs after awa was released, even the first time completion xp was gone. I could not test that with any of the delves though.

Wow, that's a huge source of xp, just gone.

Let me register this complaint about major xp loss to the devs then This makes leveling alts much more punishing than before, please don't leave it this way!

Yep, that's also why the map icon immediately turns white as soon as you discover it. Because the achievement is registered to the account, the game thinks you've already done it.
