ZOS - How about a second type of ESO+ sub?

This is what you get with an ESO+ subscription:
Access to all DLC game packs
Free crowns for the in-game Crown Store
Access to the Craft Bag
Double bank space
Bonuses to progression
Increased Furniture placement limits
Costume dyeing
Double Transmute Crystal capacity
Exclusive access to unique Crown Store deals

However, how about a cheaper subscription that only contains:
Free crowns for the in-game Crown Store (half normal amount?)
Access to the Craft Bag
Double bank space
Bonuses to progression
Increased Furniture placement limits
Costume dyeing

I ask because there are some, like me, who buy the dlc which means our subs aren't paying for access to the dlc. Not really worth the same amount, huh?

Just curious cause I never really understood: why buy the DLCs separately?

Craft Bag and bank space would do it for me. The other stuff I don't need.

In the long run it's cheaper than taking out a sub.

So now you want an ESO+ subscription that offers everything you listed but that together with 2 DLCs costs less than normal ESO+? Well, good luck with that, sir.

These threads usually end up about just wanting the craft bag without having to pay much for it, which if delivered would be a big kick in the teeth of all those who have paid the full subscription for multiple years to get it.

If you are subbed, there is no reason to buy DLC. Max inventory is 215 now , maxing bank capacity and having the bank ally as a ghetto craft bag is viable. The rest of benefits are pretty much irrelevant. You could even add auto deposit material parameters to your bank whenever its opened with personal assistant addon. You are wasting money buying DLC with sub. It would be most annoying on console, but I could make it work on PC.

Indeed, in fact, everything but the DLCs, half-three quarters the price? Sign me up, it’s ~$20ish a month in Australia, adds up

As for me the craft bag and bank space is nice to have but not absolutely necessary. I canceled my sub about 3 years ago and I am doing fine. I don't really need anything eso+ has to offer, but if they would just bring out a "inventory version" of it, I would resub, because QoL and so forth ;)

You can get most of the benefits of the ESO+ by just forming a personal guild bank with some friends. ESO+ really is just about inventory space and management convenience anyway. It only takes 10 people to form a guild big enough to get a guild bank. This is what I did about a month before U35 went live just in case it was as bad as it sounded like it was going to be. I also have two mule toons, one for stamina gear and one for magic gear.

So I have no shortage of storage space and no need to pay for ESO+ anymore. I never liked housing, so that's not an issue for me. I just needed the storage and it's obtainable fairly easy. Having all the storage chests helps too.

Because I don't want to pay a monthy fee to just play the game and I don't speed run the DLC. When I own them, I can run them whenever I want and I don't lose access to the zones if I do not have a sub. I bought Crowns on sale and then bought the DLC on sale as well. I have all of the DLC for less than the cost of a 6 month sub and I can play them anytime I wish with no monthly fee. That's why.

It will not happen. Zenimax knows the crafting bag is the biggest draw so they aren’t going to sell it on the cheap. Just isn’t happening.
