[PC NA] Severe Campaign Bug - Locked out of Main PVP campaign on both factions.

After the campaigns reset today, I was somehow locked out of gray host on both of my factions without actually entering the campaign. None of my signed out characters were left inside the campaign when it ended, and I signed on today for the first time to discover this.

My EP characters were unable to enter the campaign, as the screen indicated that my AD characters were locked to it.

My AD characters were unable to enter the campaign, as the screen indicated that my EP characters were locked to it.

I was only able to enter the campaign on my intended EP characters after abandoning it on both my AD characters - characters which I never entered or homed gray host on in the past 30 days. This cost me 200k Alliance points to do.

I know that a "fix" was made to the campaigns this previous patch on PC NA. While I do appreciate that we are able to swap mid campaign now, as we should be, it seems that this fix created the bug I am reporting here. I am hoping to get my 200k AP refunded.

@ZOS_GinaBruno or whomever, please look into the above matter as I have experienced it too. It's on PC/NA. No matter which faction I try to log into Gray Host with it says the campaign is already locked to a different faction/character. In some cases the old character names I had for that character is referenced instead of the new name I gave them, even though I changed the name up to a year ago in some cases.

I also lost gold by paying 100k to unassigned a camp I never should have unassigned.
