BUG After completing dungion, char become unresponsive

After completing dungeon. I can NOT talk to NPC's open any menus... Nothing...

I got this after porting, only thing I could do was move my character, nothing else, couldn't draw a weapon, use a skill, open the map, mount, open main menu or interact with anything or anyone.

Only thing I could do was quit to the Xbox dashboard, had to close and restart the game.

I also had this happen, not upon completion though, upon team wipe. I could use quick chat with my keyboard to tell the team I needed to reboot, nothing else worked.

This happened to me yesterday on PS. If you have a keyboard attached you can reloadui to fix it

It's a problem ZOS is aware of. But there is no ETA on fixing it yet.
