No credit for Wraith-of-Crows world boss in Clockwork City

I killed this boss twice today and didn't receive credit toward zone completion either time. I made sure I did damage on all three of the bosses both times so it wasn't something like that. I would keep trying but it's not easy to get a group in an older low population zone like Clockwork City.

✭✭✭✭✭I've defeated this boss 4 times now and still not getting credit. I disabled addons and picked up the daily quest for the boss just trying to find something that may make it work.
Does anyone know a workaround for this? Do the bosses needed to die in a certain order or within a few seconds of each other? I'm not sure what else to try.PCNA0
