Team can this please be investigated?
There are people on Xbox who are blocked for reasons (ie Harassment) that your ESO Client still matches to play in ToT.
This should not happen!
The people have been reported on Xbox and are muted / blocked on the Xbox app - they should not then be matched to play with / against in ToT!
