Style of Seaveil Spire structures

I have the Seaveil Spire underwater house and I love it. But I want to extend it with a secondary level in the large main room, but I can't find any structure furnishing plans that match this style (like stairs and floors). What is the exact style? Are there furnishing plans for it? And if so, how to get them?

DivineKitty✭✭✭The Indoors, Underwater part is Nedic, similar to Craglorn, and the spires themselves are also found in Craglorn. Sadly there aren't many furnishings in this style, and most of them come from either the Achievement furnisher in the zone, or the Luxury furnisher. Of the available furnishings, most of them are pretty small, but if they ever want to give us some big stuff, it would be amazing.0
