Isobel not increasing rapport - bug?

I have just noticed that Isobel no longer increases rapport when crafting (blacksmithing, cooking sweets) and playing with the dog. Is that only for me that way?

Most reports has an cool-downs, found the best way to raise it is to do the daily quests they like

Yes, there is the cooldown, but she didn't increase rapport even the first time crafting something she likes. As usually.

It worked for me on two characters just yesterday, AFTER all of the maintenance.
(Both Blacksmithing, and cooking something sweet. I have her active during my daily writs, and I always add a sweet when I'm at the cooking fire.)

I had a problem with those two things registering back when Izzy was first released; not getting credit for Blacksmithing or making a sweet, then I noticed that I was running off to something else too soon.
If I slowed down and let the actions fully finish before disengaging from the crafting stations, I got credit.
And I haven't had a problem since.

I also found that you only get credit for certain dogs -- not all of them will work.

Yes, she only likes two from my collection

Crafting and pet summoning have a 1h cool-down.

With Isobel active, summoning the Druadach Mountain Dog / Imperial War Mastiff / Bravil Retriever / Jerall Rescue Dog / Greenhill Farmdog pets grants +1 rapport.
