Login preferred music not honored - PS5

Yesterday I set the base game music to be my default. Today I got a playstation software update, and since then the music preference is not being honored.

I have cleared my ESO save game file from my PS5 and had it created again on logging in. It seems to default to the standard default music when the x button is coming back onto the screen.

I have recorded a video (apologies it is from my phone, so not the best) to show the saved setting and you can hear what music is playing even when backing out of the menu option as it reverts to the high isle music

Same here on Xbox. This was an issue when it was released on PC. It would appear that we got the bugged version instead on the patched version. Can't say I'm not surprised, since they completely forgot to put this option in when High Isle released.

It only works/kicks in after I login on PS5, otherwise I'm forced to listen to the High Isle theme music. I really loved all the music since base game, but High Isle, or at least the annoying chorus, is the worst. Please fix it so it kicks in right away.
On PC I don't have this issue, I can hear Summerset music right away.
