I'm confused as to what kind of playstyle they are shooting for in PvP?
Hop in on any busy night and half the population will be chasing guys around a tower or something equally stupid.
- and over the past 2 years or so any skill that can stop someone from endlessly being chased gets nerfed... while it gets easier and easier to never get CC'd or Stunned, or in the rare occasion it does happen it is instantly broken and then you get immunity for another 15m..
Aside from not being able to CC, or Stun kiting trolls---- now you can only be hit by 1 mine? THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE, this of top of shortening the timer on Volcanic Ruin so they can't be stacked -add this to The Targeting Window being half the size it used to be, which makes any skill with a casting time very difficult to stay targeting on the automatic all the time speed buffs every character now has, on top of the nerfs to any decent single player burst damage....
This game really is becoming either these vanilla, souless, just bland Ball groups running Necro's, healers and Dark Convergence........... or kiting trolls playing tag around a tower.
That is it.
I've seen MMO's lose population, but never one lose so much population by removing everything that makes the game fun to the point where Sorcs don't have Mines, NB's don't have Snipe, Templars don't have Jabs, and DK's don't have Talons, Wings, or HEAVY ATTACKS NOW, in any effective PvP capacity. Great Job!
I often wonder if the developers are the guys kiting new players around the towers all night?
