Graven Deep Major Bug

Second time now playing Graven Deep on normal, get to that part where Doulef is supposed to appear and open a portal and he simply doesn't appear. The quest (for those who have the quest) is stuck at Explore The Tempest Observatory. We're stuck without the portal. In both cases, some people had the quest and others didn't. Anyone else?

No problem at all, just hoping to find further insight and hope this gets fixed.

I find myself being unable to use the portal sometimes when I join a group that has already progressed for a bit.
Every 'original' group member seems to be spared from this problem and they have to pull me in by engaging a fight with the endboss.

In both of our cases the portal simply isn't there. No portal no Doulef.

Same happend to us just now. GGWP Zenimax, good game you got there. Very much polished.

ZOS can you change the area so that Doulef is there waiting on the players to arrive rather than coming from the hallway, perhaps that will prevent this bug.
