The Spectres of the Phoenix Code of Conduct is the foundation of our guild. Not only is it a guideline for member conduct, it is also a statement about what kind of gamers we are, and who we're looking for.
All members agree to the Code of Conduct upon being accepted into the guild, and are expected to uphold the code at all times. Our code ensures that our members conduct themselves honorably and preserve the respected image of the guild.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in removal from SOTP.
1. Strive to conduct ourselves in an honorable manner.
2. Offer help to other Spectres who request it if possible.
3. Project a positive image of yourself and Spectres of the Phoenix in our games and the game forums.
4. Attempt to resolve personal differences directly with the concerned individual(s).
5. Remind other SOTP members of expected conduct in a tactful, non-threatening way, and if possible, in private.
6. Promote fellowship among others in the gaming community, win & lose with honor using sportsmanship.
7. Respect your fellow Spectres and other game players.
8. Maintain SOTP loyalty...what happens in SotP stays in SotP.
9. No comments about politics, religion, skin color, sexual preferences, or displaying jingoism, whether in our vent or forums, or in game chat or game forums. This includes excessive use of profanities.
