Eyes of Mara for sure. 15% reduction of resto abilities... the reduction isnt much, and even with that, does a healer really need a reduction in healing abilities considering the amount they normally invest in regen? I can't even picture a niche build that could find this necessary. Healers have a multitude of sets they require for buffing or healing group, but a small 15% reduction in maybe 3-4 spells when they could go for a 33% decrease with seducer in all magicka spells, just doesn't make sense. It's outclassed by almost every other set in the game for healers. This set definitely got my vote.

I really, really, really don't understand some of the options. I mean, toothrow is great. It should be in a vote for best! I think Beekeeper is pretty solid too.

Still, this did remind me how much garbage is out there. Vestarie's is worst for me. I always wondered who would actually use that.

Vampire Lord

Vampire lord is a set that can only be used for trolling in pvp with mist form, and there are so many better ways to troll. And when you pick this set, you commit to trolling with mist form. It's not like any other vamp skills are better than alternatives in other skill lines, using it to support frenzy is a huge net damage loss over just picking a different 5 piece, and it actively makes you worse at non vamp skills. 110%, for the birds

at least toothrow gives about half a 5piece of WD/SD on top of the very common perma buff.

My honorable mention is Archer's Mind. It sounds so cool on ganker, but it is booty terrible for the following reasons.

-You already do 225% crit on a crouch attack/skill out of combat
-If you're doing it right, you're weaving that first skill with a heavy, and that heavy will eat the stealth bonus
-max stam line instead of WD/SD for the only tool tip stat?
-2 lines of crit chance for a set that's supposed to pimp that guaranteed crit.

There are objectively worse sets, but I don't think any set is more disappointing in it's application than Archer's Mind.

Assassin's Guile should not be in this poll. It's one of the strongest niche PvP sets in the game. It gives you 8.4 seconds of Unstoppable on a 1.6 second cooldown. It gives you Unstoppable+Immobilization, Movespeed+Snare, Sustain+Drain on 66% uptime. Extremely stat dense. Assassin's Guile + Snowtreaders and you basically have permanent immunity to all crowd control. Great for ball groups and stamina players with high pressure single target damage.

Veiled Heritence is a meta set for bash builds. Not only does it increase bash damage by 516 + (1487*2*0.03) = 605 but also increases the damage of your Power Slam by an additional 516 + 128 = 644. That's a total of 1249 extra damage for your Power Slam. The only other set in the game that gives that much damage is Kvatch Gladiator.
