Update 35 Console Launch Excitement

I’m excited for the upcoming console launch of update 35. I have a few experimental Oakensoul PvE Heavy Attack builds that I’m gonna try out.

In todays ESO Bethesda stream they also announced that Mara’s Balm will be launched on console with its fix which is a reduction in its healing by 50%. The Oakensoul empower buff dropping on Death bug will be fixed, and I think the third thing is the Maelstrom Destro effect dropping off on front bar may be fixed?

Should be an interesting time seeing which of my characters will break, which will work better, etc.

Yeah...you're gonna really enjoy it. It's some of their best work and that's pretty universally agreed upon. Let the good times roll.

Yeah. When I forget my elephant in the porcelain shop, I am also always interested in finding out how many cups and plates will remain intact upon returning there. (¬‿¬)

I’m a sucker for punishment I think. I have 36 characters between 2 accounts so usually something of mine gets nerfed and something gets buffed every major change.

As a PC player, I'll tell ya; heavy attack builds are OK. Everything else? Not so much.

same. 64 characters on 2 accounts. When sorcerers were heavily nerfed, I levelled up some magplars.
Meanwhile sorcerers are ok again, so I play them again - even with the old gear.

Added all other classes meanwhile, mag and stam.
There are always 1 or 2 that hit a bit stronger than the others, and slightly changing them to compensate new changes is part of the game since I play. Keeps it interesting, so am very curious for U35 on xbox.

I had to scratch my head for a sec when you said 64 characters lol. Then it occurred to me. EU server! Hehe.

yes, 18 EU, 18 NA (old account)
15 EU, 17 NA (new account)

so even more than 64 meanwhile 68.
Of course I don't play them all every day, just as long as I level them up to lvl50.
But it comes in handy to have a wide selection, at events, for daily writs if I quickly need gold mats, or like now, when one class might be nerfed more than others, so you have fallbacks.

Ive never been one to get behind the class change token idea constantly thrown out there….but if ZOS wants to put out class breaking, game ruining updates like this one than the least they can do is allow us to switch classes now. Ive spent all my achievement collecting on my main character (a magplar) since i started playing in 2015. And with this “awesome” update, they just killed templar.

Sorry, the best I can muster is apprehension.
