ESO Accessibility - Console vs PC

Just want to throw this is in here. On console, we can not:
- reliably track cooldowns (because those timers can track anything, from causing a debuff to placing something that doesn't even activate, see scorch and mines)
- easily track buffs / debuffs
- modify our UI
- switch gear / skills on the fly
- efficiently measure real raid dps
- check the value of loot for the marketplace
- attack stuff in marseloks lair (like the 3'rd boss or the thingies where the larvae spawn)
- see the circle in castle thorn final fight (makes trifecta runs almost impossible!)

... and I guess the list would go on and on and on.

Some of this stuff is soo old that I just can't understand why it is fixed. Some stuff might eben be an issue on PC still, with the major difference there being the access to addons and tools that mitigate some or maybe even all those issues mentioned. And while I welcome some recent changes (armory for example), PC is still miles ahead when it comes to accessibility.
Isn't this something to work on? I mean first fix what's wrong, then think about moving stuff that exists as addon into the console space?

And while I absolutely agree on some of this stuff being controversial - like a dps-meter - this is not only of the lowest importance kinda, but would be something endgame players would be grateful for. And while I get that you care more about beginners, don't forget about those that still stay and did stay already for years in your game.

    The game's performance itself is a creates a huge gap as well. Dawnbringer was outright stolen from us night after night after night when we would just be falling through the ground and crashing in VKA .Or GH in VCR because the shed frost synergy was bugged. This has gotten better with the release of the new conseles though. I'll give them credit for that.

    [snip] If you're on console you probably have terrible uptime on the buffs and debuffs you are supposed to be keeping up in combat and you'll never know. And there in lies the problem for console players. Things like Alkosh uptime, Kinras uptime, major/minor force uptime, major slayer uptime major vuln uptime, Z 'en/Mk uptime, stone fist uptime matters. The ability to get logs and see and improve these things are the number one reason why PC is ahead. Not some addon that tells you X mechanic is happen on Y person in Z seconds. As I before my comment was edited only 1/4 platforms the game is available on (PC) has access to the tools to circumvent this shortcoming (among others). Until this is addressed any talk of accessibility is a joke.

    During a Planesbreaker prog the raid lead had to have one of the healers stream every single pull and then he had to manually comb through footage after we finished for the night often times till 3 or 4 in the morning to find out that the healer's combat prayer uptime was about 40% or the fact that the healer was keeping up 5 dots for the full value of Z'en less than 10 % of the time. If we were on PC this would have been known instantly by feeding one log. [snip]

    The older consoles can barely handle themselves now. I'm afraid if they added anything else it might have to be a next-gen option only.

    People on our team who have ps4s can't see anything for several seconds after coming out or vcr or vss portals. I upgraded to a 5 and it's almost like a different game. It takes me a few seconds to travel to a new city and it takes my ps4 counterparts 55 seconds. Swapping characters is almost instant for me- for them? It's a struggle.

    Watching povs and having to find out players uptimes is a tedious task for us on playstation. And the amount you can correct people only goes so far because they don't always believe you or think you're being mean. Uptimes for different sets aren't a mystery- we just fast forward and watch for the proc to get a basic idea. I wish we didn't have to do that but it's the curse we chose on an inferior platform. There are a lot of things I want fixed before they add anything else tbh.
