Dark Chivalry crates from gifting event tickets during Zeal of Zenithar

Good morning beautiful people,

Has anyone received the Dark Chivalry crates from gifting tickets during the Zeal of Zenithar event?

The announcement said they'd be deliver by the end of August:

However is the 2nd of September and I still haven't received mine in either account.

My partner and I received our crates last week or so. (Don't remember exact day)

At the time when the article was initially released, it was a few hours before the official start of the promotion, I was scared that we gifted our tickets to each other too soon and would miss out. (turns out we were safe). The article also doesn't state the event in local time, so it took some mental gymnastics for myself to not panic.

So I wonder if some might have gifted tickets too early and missed the starting time.

I don't think there's been any kind of notification outside just having the crates available in game. (the little notification on the crown crate icon)

I guess I will have to open tickets with CS.

The 'receipts' for gift should IMO remain available in the UI for much longer than they do now if they are going to have promotions with such long lead times.

I failed to take a screenshot (well, to be fair I didn't even think on taking a screenshot) at the time of gifting so I don't think I have any means to prove that I did in fact do the gifting.

If CS turns around and says 'well we have no evidence of this taking place' I will find myself up a creek without a paddle.
