OK in the collections menu you can collect full sets of weapons and armor by zone. My question is what do you do after you collect a full set because I can't figure this out?
Thanks

    Nothing.

But if you want to reconstruct a piece of gear from a set, the required amount of transmutation crystals decreases with the amount of pieces you have collected from the set inn question. The highest cost is 75 crystals and it goes down to 25 crystals if you collected every single piece of the set.

The idea is the meta shifts around and sometimes certain sets become more desirable. Or you just find some sets you like and want to try out a new build. Having collected a full set would allow you to reconstruct the 5 pieces for 125 transmute crystals. The less of the set you have, the reconstruction cost is higher and you can only reconstruct a piece you have unlocked.

Plus it has the added benefit that any piece reconstructed (NOT transmuted) can be disenchanted and you get a return on the transmute crystals. Also pieces you reconstruct can easily be created with the desired stat such as divines.

    Collect something else!

You are highly unlikely to collect them all.
