What is “normal desync” time for a parse?

I keep getting desync times of 122-138ms from combat metrics in the report and it shows “misses” for some abilities even though from my monitor it looks like everything hit.
I’m at a loss? If the time is too great of 122-138ms any recommendations on how I can lower that time? Thank you.
