Hireling delivery did not arrive

I have 5 characters maxed up with crafting and hirelings, so I should receive the hireling reward twice a day from each of my characters, logging in and out with all of them. In spite of that this evening I did not receive the hireling reward with one of my characters, neither logging in and out several times. I'm using an useful addon so I know the exact delivery time every 12 hours for each character. My addon is saying that my nightblade should have received the hireling reward, but NOTHING.

How is it possible that it has never been fixed?
