Cradle of Shadows B/W Debuff Permanent

During a Cradle of Shadows dungeon run I had the web debuff permanently throughout the whole dungeon. Even once completing it and leaving. All my buffs/debuffs are displayed on my screen and this one was not showing up yet I still had the screen and character effect.
