My inbox is not full, it is empty. I cannot delete emails from an empty inbox...

How much longer is the inbox bug going to remain unfixed? It's not like Zenimax can't afford to do something about it.

I'm rather curious myself. Of course we still have bugs that have been around for years.

I've had this bug for a long time now. It seemed to get better for awhile but soon came back.

Does it let you purchase things from the crown store? If the answer is yes, then bug is just a feature. No need to fix it.

It's frustrating and annoying, but unfortunately, not game breaking. If you can phrase your bug fix request in the form of a player beneficial exploit, you might be able to speed up the fixing process.

For me, changing zones still works to force a refresh. Sometimes I just open and close the mail tab repeatedly until it refreshes.

If I'm really eager to get the mail, I'll duck in and out of the nearest outlaws refuge to force it to refresh.

Otherwise, I either just wait for it to show up on its own, or if I'm cycling through my characters to get their hireling mail I'll just get the mail when I log in on my next character.

It happens to me often, and I have no add-ons to turn off-- I've never used them, and never will. Mmm, vanilla!

I've had this bug randomly too over the last year or so. Changing zones almost always works for me.
