Anyone else seeing a massive drop in the primary resource amount restored by Meridia's Favor?

Tank I run with almost daily was having really unusual resource issues the last two nights, so we checked logs. Stam restored is massively different from vet arena two months ago:
Meridia's Favor 363660 this is from a couple of months ago
Meridia's Favor 3420 this is from Thurs night, vDSA
Meridia's Favor 95760 this is from Wed night, vDSA
Pretty sure there must be other factors but this all over the place stats indicates this is at least one of the issues.
