Puncturing Sweep Bugged

When using a controller and trying to spam Puncturing Sweep it may cast 2-3 times and then it wont cast for a second and has hiccup before its able to go back to spamming. Almost like a buffer for button pressed is being filled faster than it can clear. Mind you, this is straight spamming of the ability...not Light Attack weaving with it.
Another issue with the ability I and another templar in a dungeon run noticed is that the new swing animation gets stuck and repeats itself without doing the other motions. So when spamming in a group, the swing that goes from the outside back towards the center...that part sometimes repeats its self a couple times without doing the other jabs. Unsure if this is the other bug I mentioned of abilities not going off properly...or if its just the new animation...but it definitely feels broken.
