Amyone else getting achievement errors since the new patch?

Specifically, i'm getting credit for achievements in zones b4 i actually earned them. Ie, skyshard hunter for a zone, dungeon delver, and master explorer. I dont need my account or game corrected as i am still going to the poi anyway, and doing the dungeons anyway and getting the shards anyway.

✭✭✭✭✭yup, all achievements are registered account wide (except for some like public dungeon group events and museum achievements)
now if this is your first character and you havent been in the zone ever, then something would be wrongplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
