Z'en's Redress animation no longer showing active?

I assumed this was a bug and would be automatically fixed (silly of me I know). But the green glow from Z'en's Redress when the buff is active on an enemy is no longer there. Did it get purposely removed and no word in patch notes? Or is this a visual bug? It's quite frustrating because console players don't have the add ons that PC players do - and it was a good visual target for DPS to focus.
