after killing the 1st boss (scavenging maw) we run along the battlement, kill the mobs that spawn at the end but then nothing happens. We run up the stairs and get ready for the ramparts to disintegrate and dump us into the water below but nothing. We had killed everything up to this point and were not in combat mode. Went right back to the start to make sure. The NPC which triggers the next phase just doesn't appear. We abandoned the dungeon. No way to proceed. Tried jumping over the battlements/ramparts but you can't
