The Dungeon Finder UI could use a facelift.

At the bare minimum it should let us port into a dungeon solo/with a companion. Next it should show whether or not the dungeon has been completed on the character so players can make informed decisions about what to run for skill points and potentially coffers. It should also link to the page in the set items section that shows the drops of the dungeon. And finally it should highlight whether or not the dungeon is a daily pledge.

How about fix the queue logic instead of just UI?

Queue is supposed to be fifo, get rid of the ‘put people back in front the queue’ ready checks.

It’s not even a queue anymore, or at least rename the word ‘queue’ from the screen, dungeon finder used to work so much better before ready check.

I agree with this point for sure & to further this, I’d actually prefer for the ready check to be removed entirely. If you’re queueing for a dungeon you should be making the assumption that you will be ported as soon as a group is available. Waiting 30-40 minutes (as a dps) for a group just to get dropped because one of the dps cancels is extremely frustrating.

To the OP’s point, it DEFINITELY need a face lift. A lot of people may think “just use an addon.” The point of addons is to improve on weak points of the game and you have to remember many players aren’t on PC, including myself. It ABSOLUTELY needs a face lift:
    - Which dungeons have been completed
    - Which dungeons are the pledges for the day
    - Which dungeons require portions of the challenger achievements on vet to still be completed
    - Another queue called “story mode” which will only reward 1 transmute crystal but will allow you to queue with up to 2 people (either a friend or a companion), which ultimately will allow those constantly complaining about people moving too fast to fully engage with the story and any quests they need to complete.

To add another point to this, I’d also like to have a couple more pledge quest NPCs giving more quests for DLC dungeons (I.e. 2 base game pledges, 3 DLC). It would benefit players who primarily do PVE content and still need transmutes. And while we’re add it, PLEASE change the rewards for random veteran dungeons. Make it enticing!! This should be the entry for people wanting to try vet dungeons because they have double the transmute and XP rewards compared to random normals (double xp + 20 transmutes for example).
