High Isle Map V not lootable

Earlier I ran into a situation where the game was not letting me loot a treasure map, I had no V’s in my inventory so as a test I retrieved the one in my bank and mailed it off to check if that was the issue and indeed once sent I was able to loot it. This behavior doesn’t track as I have quite a few maps in inventory with banked siblings.

In gamepad mode you cannot loot a map you already have in your bank. In keyboard mode you can.
