Annoying Harrowstorm Bug

I love doing Harrowstorms. They are about the only time I interract with other players, and I think they are one of the most fun things in the game.
In the last couple of months, however, I have noticed the Grey Host Vampire Lord Boss just won't die. He gets to zero health and then just keeps flying around taking and doing damage. This goes on for ages and ages until he eventually incinerates on his own for no obvious reason. I know he is undead, but please let me kill him.
I find this bug especially annoying as we seem to have finally squashed the wantaway werewolf boss bug--the one where the big wolf keeps running off of the field of battle and healing back to full health over and over. (At least I have not seen that recently).
