Been watching Bethesda's stream of Quakecon but seeing no progress towards the new pet, yes my account is linked gotten crates and rewards before just not seeing it progress this time. Watching the wrong stream or what?

Same. It seems they didn't enable it, lots of upset people on the Twitch streams.

I think it only counts when it's an ESO-dedicated stream.

Me, too! I watched two different ESO streams as directed in the Steam marketing push, part of one yesterday afternoon and another whole one last evening, probably 1.5 hours of content. All of my accounts are linked, and nothing happened. I checked the Twitch progress on the drop and it froze at 26%. I submitted a ticket to ask about it because I thought I was crazy or doing it wrong and the team sent me here to this forum. A lot of other people in the Twitch chat seemed to be experiencing the same thing.

They did not fix it, and they closed the reward campaign.

Got mine on 2 accounts both NA and EU so yes it was fixed, maybe check and make sure your account is linked and/or check under drops to claim

Only ESO related streams count towards progression. Nothing else.
