Wretched Vitality bugged

Wretched Vitality is bugged on Warden when you apply minor toughness to yourself the minor recovery buff only activates if minor toughness isn’t already active on you, where as if you were on a Templar activating Living Dark the minor sorcery from the Illuminate passive would proc the minor recovery and refreshing Living Dark 1 second later would refresh the minor recovery. But for Warden you have to let minor toughness run it’s full 20 seconds to where the buff is no longer active before it will proc the minor recovery again. if you could please fix this that’d be great!
