When I claimed the Cliff Ram pack previously (last month I think) it showed up right away? I remember people in that thread saying it took awhile to show up for them though, so maybe there's a delay this time.

ZOS_KevinCommunity ManagerSometimes it takes awhile. Some other players had issues and needed to disconnect and reconnect their accounts before the rewards registered. So please try that as well.
