Wailing Prison issue

Hello,
Whenever I enter the wailing prison, the screen crashes and goes really blurry, with a second small screen appearing in the bottom left hand corner. You can sort of control your character in the bottom corner, however complete bug and just isnt playable. HELP!

alewisw✭thank you, I have the read the thread but still a little unclear, I have changed all settings to low as well. Will this issue be fixed or does it mean game is unplayable with macbook air?0

Please submit a bug report and also make a ticket so they are aware of the issue.0 -

The actual issue is due to the Apple drivers. But the ESO developers have made a fix so ESO should work and it was due to be in this launch build. Unfortunately it seems a recent Apple update broke the fix. Make the tickets etc. and they will put in a fix.ok thanks. So it can be fixed via the technical team?
