Strixxe✭✭did you reloaded your game or /reloadui ? It helps sometimes.
Actually they could add a feature to delete all empty emails or atleast select them, now its kinda chore to delete em 1 by 1..2 -

✭✭✭✭✭ive had this bug happen randomly, sometimes i will claim all my mails then it gives me this visual bug saying i still had 7 mails, then i zone to a new zone and its gone like it was trying to re-send me the mails i had already opened
other times the mails actually get "stuck" and i need to rezone to get them
either way the best way of "clearing" this issue is just rezoning (like in the old days when it took forever to get mail from a guild trader you had to rezone lol)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

✭You can also log out of your current char, login to another char, grab the mails from their mailbox and then log back into your original char. Fixed it for me whenever it happened.PC EU.
