Tales of Tribute UI Bug

I have on occasion experienced the following UI bug while playing in gamepad mode on PC/NA and trying to click on the draw/hand, played cards, or cooldown cards piles in order to view their contents.
After this appears, I have been able to close the dialog and use the escape button to get rid of the border that appears on the bottom of the screen, however, the issue remains when re-attempting the action and then, when finally able to open the desired view, the following appears and persists:
This UI state persists from one game to the next, against NPCs and other players alike, and continues even when changing zones. The initial UI error (image one) does not recur, but the error indicated in image two is consistent until a /reloadui or relog is accomplished.
