PS NA Normal Sanctum Ophidia

My trials team has run this trial both last week and this week. Each time at least one person crashes during the trial, and usually several people do and some several times each run. It seems to affect PS5 players more, but some on PS4 have crashed as well.

We have not had these problems running other Craglorn trials Atherian Archive and Hel Ra Citadel or Cloudrest on normal.

Today during one run I crashed twice and both times the crash report got stuck and I had to shut down in safe mode and restart. Please fix this, I have had data loss happen during these types of crashes before.
