Can the DK skill Deep Breath be used to either Interrupt Rakkhat or interrupt the Hulk or since it has a range do both at the same time?

Deep breath should interrupt them if they're close enough.

I thought it would, but it dawned on me afterward while thinking about it, the AOE nature of the interrupt is the feature that I was focused on, to the point of interrupting them both, at the same time. However, I am not sure if the timing of WHEN you need to interrupt them occurs at the same time.
