sources of vampiric furnishing plans

Are Harrowstorms the only source of Vampiric furnishing plans? Or is there also a chance to get them from containers (public dungeons etc.) in Western Skyrim? So far I have been receiving only Solitude plans from containers and with no Vampiric furnishing folio in sight the prices of these plans are still quite high.

I have looted them from the public dungeon in blackreach and one of the group dungeons

They are low drop rate combined with limited containers to loot from.

Harrowstorms are by far the best source, and they seem to have a higher drop rate when the Skyrim event is running. The Reach tends to be better for farming them as Wayshrines are better placed and more people tend to be around doing them.

Thank you for confirming this. At least now I know there is a chance for them to drop from public dungeon containers.
