No news on the ticket since 8 July

Hi,
I wonder if waiting for a month for news re: open ticket is ok? I was asked for additional info which I provided, and was told it would be looked into further, but never heard any news since. I’ve read on the forums that i should not reply again as it would throw me to the end of the queue… well, i did unfortunately ask for news on 15 July but still, no answer. Shall i retry contacting again?
My ticket number is 220707-001386

    I have raised two faults in game around a week ago - not heard a thing back. Guess everyone is focussing on the release of the Sinking to New Depths DLC?

      Did you report a bug such as floating trees or wrong text, items clipping etc? They don't send an answer for those, you might get an automated email is all.
