Short Mussed Wave hairstyle slightly floats on female Dunmer

Title says it all. The hairstyle floats a little above your head, which is only really visible on the forehead. But it clearly floats. Note the shade, the way you can see things behind the character when the hair should actually be in the way and how the hair is supposed to be combed back (so it's meant to be a hairline, not bangs). This is clearly bugged.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.
