Add a preview mode for upcoming crown crates

Let me be clear, I'm not asking for more free crown crates as ZOS has done and stopped doing previously, but it would be nice to see the selection in the next seasons crown crate. More often than not doing it the month before isnt enough when players are iffy on whether or not to spend their crowns and seals, especially when it comes to higher tier rewards like mounts.
At least this way it gives players the chance to make more educated decisons.
