Eyevea map icons missing

I've had this area completed for years on my main toon. Just ported in to raise Bastian's rapport, and then went to find an outfit station, and I just noticed that the map icons showing the crafting sites, etc are all missing.

Same here. Why? I've visited both stations to do jewelry writs.
They are shown on ESO-Hub vvv. How do we get them enabled?
And please don't say this thread is 2 years old, I need to make a new one.
