Before i take the time to try and find all the pieces...
Would someone please be able to tell me if this thing is ACCOUNT bound or character bound once it's put together? My issue: the character i want to use it for is NOT the character that is able to scry for it. So... would my scryer be able to give this to my other character (via bank or storage)... or not...

✭Although most players don’t scry and excavate on multiple characters, it is possible for the pieces to be gathered by different characters, so which would it get tied to? It was inevitable that the resulting item would have to be account-bound only.0
