Wich status effects proc Poison damage?

So right now i'm running this set on my (70k no weaving build) , but i have done some testing and i can't seem to figure out what poison damage actually do.

So i know it does bring up this status effect:
- Poison (Poison Status Effect): Deals Poison Damage over 6 seconds.

But i think it does actually proc this one too:
-Physical (Sundered Status Effect): Instant damage, Applies Minor Breach for 4 seconds, reducing Armor.

I can't find the answer anywhere, sometimes when i'm fighting i see the debuff on the enemy.

Does poison damage proc both of these effects?

Afaik set/proccs cant procc status effects unless they state that they do so in the description. This might have changed or my info being outdated🤷🏻‍♂️

Any damage can apply status effect. However most of procs deals AoE or DoT damage so the chance is pretty low

No it doesn't. Sundered can come from abilities/enchant with physical damage

poison dmg procs "poisoned" status effect

im not sure if it has a secondary debuff (diseased status effect applies minor defile for example, or sundered is minor breach)

as noted sundered comes from anything that deals physical dmg, or if the set/skill specifically states that (NB surprise attack applies guaranteed sundered status effect)
