Having now completed the Master Level ToT tournament it appears to me there could be significant ramifications if a player loses either the third or the fourth game. If you lose the third game, Brahgas is supposed to be the Gonfalon representative to the final round. I the player wins, they are the Gonfalon representative. From the quest line dialog, if Brahgas or the player lose the final match, Razhamad loses ownership of the Gonfalon Gaming Hall.

A change in ownership of the Gonfalon Gaming Hall stands to have major ramifications in how the game plays out for the player from that point on. Has anyone lost in either the third or fourth round of the final tournament? If so, what was the outcome as related to the Gonfalon Gaming Hall?

Or is the deck stacked in favor of the player to ensure the player wins both the third and fourth games?

While I see your point, and would love for there to be some actual ramifications, I think the player is actually railroaded into the end result in that if they lose these matches they'd simply reattempt until winning? I say this having not actually lost these matches and have no way of verifying what happens, but only what I suspect given other ESO quests not having legitimate ramifications for one choice/outcome or another.

This is what happens. You just keep replaying until you win.
