Can we trade in purchased Crown Store items for new?
For example, I bought Nuzhimeh merchant years ago, and would like to swap her for the Factotum Commerce Delegate merchant.
Is there an option for this? Sell for xxxx crowns or just a straight swap or refund?
Apologies if this has already been suggested but I can't find it.

✭✭✭✭✭there currently is no option for "trading in" an item back to crowns
usually for refunds they might only accept doing that if its within a certain time period after you bought the original item
i do kind of wish there was a way to "convert" a crown store item back into crowns, or gems, or endeavors to at least put it towards getting something you actually wantplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

There should be an option to exchange, there is in other Bethesda games (Fallout 76)
When I bought Nuzhimeh merchant, she was the only merchant available. Now I want to change to the neutral (not Black/White/male/female) merchant, and feel I should not have to pay another 5000 crowns (£27).
A reply from ZOS would be nice, please
