Psijic Lighting Globe, Small needs an on/off toggle

The Psijic Lighting Globe, Small is categorized as lighting yet there is no way to toggle it on or off. I love the look of it but it is just way too bright for some of the places I'd like to use it. Why isn't there an on/off toggle for this like there is for other lights?
