In PVP the biggest killer of me...getting stunned, toppled, snared....
I am using combat metrics - but it does not show me, because it did not do damager (well, I guess a charge would).
Otherwise, break free ($$$) or Race Against time - but these can't be used when stunned...so keep triggering it?
Pre buffing with Alliance Health Draught might work, but usually runs about before I die..and I use it for...Health...

✭Take a gameclip of yourself and watch for what happens. I'm on console so that'd probably be my only option.2 -
