High Isle zone tracker bug

The zone tracker in High Isle is incorrectly showing "ticked off" the skyshards picked up by other characters.
Explanation: my main has picked up all 18, thus having 18/18 showing, and all skyshards marked as picked up. My alts show for instance 1/18, but the list shows all 18 marked as picked up, so I can't see which ones my alts don't have.
Checked a few other zones, which seem to work correctly.
Confirmed on both PC and Xbox Series X.

Zefre✭✭To clarify, this is not under achievements, which is designed to show the account-wide status. This is in zone-guide, which is supposed to show per character, not account-wide. It does this correctly for other zones, but High Isle shows the status of my main while on my alts when it comes to skyshards.0
