Lost ESO Plus temporarily due to payment problem, changed credit cards, paid for renewal, BUT...

After I paid for renewed ESO Plus membership, I got my crowns, thanks, and I can again retrieve stuff from my craft bag. So far, so good.
However, there are problems.
1. I can't PUT anything into my craft bag. Whenever I pick up something that should be automatically put into my craft bag, it goes instead to my character's inventory, and I haven't found a way to transfer it to the craft bag manually.
2. My bank remains set at the reduced capacity (240 item slots) of the non-ESO-Plus member. It wasn't restored to the 480 item slots of an ESO Plus member. So I can't put anything into my bank, either.
3. My HOUSES have had their furniture item limits cut in half, similar to the banker situation.
I'd like these problems to be fixed for all my characters.
